Lead Instructor
As project manager for systems and services at International Paper Smart Packaging, Mark is engaged in all of the RFID implementations and pilots performed by Smart Packaging at various levels. His duties include solutions architecture, user education, troubleshooting and support and vendor management. He brings enterprise-level technical expertise, blended with project management experience and hands-on hardware implementation and support excellence. Mark is an active member of the EPC Global ATP WG, which is helping to develop the standards that tags, readers, antennas and testing facilities will measure against for EPC certification. Mark participated as a subject matter expert in Phase I (Job Task Analysis) for CompTIA's upcoming RFID+ certification initiative. He is also a member of the RFID+ Cornerstone Committee. He joined the Smart Packaging team in July of 2002 and has more than 15 years of industry experience.

Chris has more than a decade of experience in international management consulting, software design, change management and technology innovation. As director of enterprise applications at GlobeRanger, a leading middleware provider, he is responsible for the design and implementation of RFID-based solutions for companies in all industries and across all logistical processes. Chris' extensive experience is based on work in the United States, Asia and Europe, where he has successfully completed business process reengineering and software implementation projects for more than 45 clients. He has contributed to successful deployments for Anheuser-Busch, BMW, Compaq, Daewoo, Daimler-Chrysler, Deutsche Telekom, Exel Logistics, Ford, Honda, Hyundai, IBM, Maxtor, Metro, Novartis, Samsung, SAP, Toyota, Unilever, Veba Oil and Whirlpool.

TERRY MASSEY
Instructor for Data Management
Terry Massey is a founding executive and Chief Operating Officer for IDVelocity, an RFID/Auto-ID infrastructure and process management software company. His 22 years of experience in the manufacturing and distribution software industry provides a comprehensive understanding of the data management requirements required to create actionable data. Terry spent his first 14 years in ERP software. During this time he developed his in-depth knowledge of the needs and processes in manufacturing and distribution. It was during this experience that he realized the mission critical requirement for real-time actionable data to be integrated from a vast array of devices, technologies and capital equipment. Terry has dedicated the last 8 years of his career to ensuring that such systems became a reality for some of the largest volume producers in the world such as 3M, Cott Beverage, Slim Fast, Belden Wire and Cable, Huhtamaki, Mitsubishi, and many others. His understanding of the proliferation of auto-id technologies and how they can best be used to improve operation efficiencies in the supply chain and retail environments makes for lively and thought provoking discussions on data management.

EVA ZEISEL 
Instructor for Hands On Exercises and Class Facilitator
Eva Zeisel is director of training and certification for OTA Training and the RFID course facilitator. She is responsible for the instructional design, development of course content and on-site delivery of OTA's RFID courses. She developed more than 40 RFID hands-on exercises and is the instructor for same. Prior to joining OTA, Eva lead the Wal-Mart One Store RFID Tagging Pilot Project and performed troubleshooting of RFID equipment in Wal-Mart stores across Texas. Before coming to the United States, Ms. Zeisel gained a broad range of experience in RFID, management, marketing and business in Europe and Middle East. She is also the coauthor of the soon-to-be-released RFID+ Exam Cram by QUE Publishing, which publishes best-selling study guides for CompTIA Certification Exams. Ms. Zeisel participated as a Subject Matter Expert in Phase I (Job Task Analysis) for CompTIA's upcoming RFID+ certification initiative.

JASON BREWER 
Class Instructor
Jason Brewer is a project and business development manager at Precisia, which develops and produces conductive and advanced inks used for printed electronics applications, such as RFID-related products and printable thin batteries. He is responsible for business development, including strategic partnerships to advance the business goals of the company. Jason is currently leading development projects in a wide range of industries, which include tag and inlay design, supply chain and logistics, pharmaceutical, gaming, personnel tracking, waste management and others utilizing RFID.
